First, use and principle
WTZK-02/03 type temperature controller (BWY-02/03 type temperature controller), suitable for measuring the temperature of transformer oil or other liquids, gases and vapors, and can reach and exceed the set value at the measured temperature. The contact signal is issued. This instrument is mainly used for measuring and controlling the oil temperature of transformers above 500KVA. The main structure of the controller consists of a thermostat (temperature probe) capillary and elastic components. The sealing system composed of these three components is filled with the temperature sensing medium. When the measured temperature changes, the liquid pressure in the temperature pack changes with the capillary, and the elastic element of the meter head produces a corresponding one. The displacement amount, which is mechanically amplified, can indicate the measured temperature and drive the micro-switch action output signal.

Third, installation and use
1. Temperature setting: Open the cover and turn the knob to set the needle (usually no need to set).
2. Wiring: Open the cover and thread the cable from the lead contact. Wire as shown in Figure 2. The KW4×1.5 control cable is recommended for the cable.
Tighten the nut at the lead connector after wiring and do not loosen. The cover is assembled as it is, and the four screws are evenly tightened.
Before installing the thermostat head, complete the installation wiring and switch setting.
