Note: The ZX12 series of resistors are open type, with a protection level of 1P00. The full series of resistors are assembled from 12, 16 and 24 resistor elements according to various specifications. The resistance element is made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy rolled into a tooth shape. The structure is divided into three types according to its width: large, medium and small. The large and medium plates are punched at both ends for installation. The two ends of the small plate are directly connected by the wiring board. At the junction of the two ends of the resistance element, remove the surface oxide film to ensure good contact. The connection of each resistance element is pressed tightly by means of fastening screws to ensure good contact resistance.
