I. Overview

The transformer oil surface thermostat is mainly composed of elastic elements, sensing conduits and temperature sensing components. The sealing system composed of these three parts is filled with temperature-sensing medium. When the measured temperature changes, the volume of the temperature-sensing medium in the temperature-sensing component changes accordingly. It generates a corresponding displacement, which can be amplified by the mechanism to indicate the temperature to be measured, and drive the micro-switch to output on and off control signals to drive the cooling system and achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature rise of the transformer.

BWY - 803A (TH) transformer oil level thermostat is designed and manufactured with composite sensing technology. Through the Pt100 platinum resistance embedded in the temperature bulb, the signal is transmitted to the secondary instrument in the control room, and the oil temperature of the top layer of the control transformer is displayed synchronously.
