I. Overview
BWR2-04 (TH) series transformer winding thermostat is a special instrument for transformers designed with the principle of additional temperature rise. The instrument has good protection performance, can work normally in outdoor conditions, and can be widely used in temperature detection and control of transformers and other equipment; the instrument is equipped with four to six sets of adjustable control switches, which can be used for transformer cooling systems according to needs. Control and signal alarm, over temperature trip, etc. Through the temperature transmitter or Pt100 platinum resistance embedded in the BL-B (TH) transmitter, the DC (4-20) mA current signal or Pt100 platinum resistance signal corresponding to the temperature value is output for the computer system and two The secondary instrument is used to realize unmanned power station management.
2. Technical parameters

3. Accuracy: 2.0 (according to the standard JB/T8450-2005);

5. Switching action point: K1=50℃, K2=75℃, K3=100℃, K4=120℃;

7. The size of the temperature bulb: Φ15, the insertion depth is not less than 150 mm;
8. Installation thread: (M27 × 2)mm or (M33 × 2)mm;
9. Length of capillary: 6m, up to 18m can be made according to user requirements;
10. Protection class: IP55.

Remarks: The factory default is four groups of switches, four to six groups of switches can be customized according to user needs, and each group of switches can be arbitrarily set within the full range. How to choose a converter
1. Find: IP value
Determine the transformer ratio and the rated current of the transformer. Such as: transformer ratio: 1500A : 6A ; transformer rated current: 600A , calculation: 600A × 5A/1500A=2A , namely: Ip=2A . Check the table first: press the B button.
2. Find: Is value
The copper oil temperature difference is given by the transformer factory: ΔT . For example: ΔT=20 o C , look up table 2 to get: Is=1.04A .
3. Find the K value
Adjust the switch gear key selection. Known: Is=1.04A , Ip=2A , namely: Is/Ip=1.04A/2A=52% .
Look up the table to get K=5 , select the 5th gear, and turn the adjustment switch to the 5th position.
